We ship to the United States and eligible international destinations available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

United States (Mainland): $8.95 flat rate, with free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse and arrive in about 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $38.95 flat rate, with delivery in about 5-8 business days after dispatch.

International orders ship by air from Incheon, Korea, with delivery in about 7-10 business days after dispatch. Rates depend on destination and total order weight:

Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore): $16 up to 0.30 kg; $18 for 0.301–0.85 kg; $20 for 0.851–1.30 kg.

Europe & UK (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom): $24 up to 0.30 kg; $28 for 0.301–0.85 kg; $30 for 0.851–1.30 kg.

Rest of World (Australia, Canada, Israel, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates): $22 up to 0.30 kg; $25 for 0.301–0.85 kg; $29 for 0.851–1.30 kg.

All shipping rates are in USD. Available shipping options and the final shipping fee are shown at checkout. For orders over 1.30 kg or destinations without an available shipping option, contact info@mooi.kr. Delivery times are estimates. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned, and sale items are final. To start a return, email info@mooi.kr with your order number and [RETURN] in the subject line. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties. For international orders, any taxes or customs charges that may apply are determined by local rules and are the recipient's responsibility.

We are sorry about that. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Orders are processed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address or cancel it. Once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot change its destination.
