Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale.

How to start a return

Email info@mooi.kr with [RETURN] and your order number in the subject line. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within approximately 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@mooi.kr within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

EU and EEA customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is at your expense.
