Shipping Destinations
MOOI ships to the United States and the international destinations listed below. It is your responsibility to enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM KST or on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

United States (Mainland)
Shipped from our Los Angeles fulfillment center.
Flat rate $8.95 - free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Flat rate $38.95.
Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
International shipping
Shipped by air from Incheon, Korea. Rates depend on destination and total order weight.
Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.

All shipping rates are in USD. Available shipping options and the final shipping fee are shown at checkout. For orders over 1.30 kg or destinations without an available shipping option, please contact info@mooi.kr.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be longer during peak seasons, or because of weather, customs clearance or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties. For all other countries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by the carrier or the local customs office at the time of delivery, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us because duties were not paid, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it is in their custody. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@mooi.kr with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Changes to an Order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. If your order has not shipped yet we can update or cancel it. Once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot change its destination.
